I will meet with you to tour your home and discuss any items that may need to be repaired and any de-cluttering or staging that may need to be done prior to listing your home. Getting your home ready to sell is the most important part and I will guide you to put you in the best selling position possible. Comparative Marketing Analysis:
I will do a complete analysis of your home and the real estate market to help you understand market trends. This will help us determine the best list price for your home and put you in the best negotiation position possible.
I hire a professional photographer to take pictures of your home. This is the first impression buyers will have of your home so it's crucial the pictures look great. Our pictures are taken in a unique way to make your home look better than the rest! We also create interactive floor plans of your home where the buyer can click on a room and see a picture of it from that angle!
We will complete the necessary contract paperwork to list your home for sale, which I will give you prior to meeting so you have time to review and ask any questions before you sign it.
The listing information for your home will be entered into the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). This is the main real estate website that all other websites pull their information from and Realtors must be a member of in order to list your home. In just a few clicks, you're online everywhere - StarkHomes.com, our Mobile app, Zillow, Realtor.com and over 50 websites nationwide. We simultaneously create a full-screen photo gallery and a second website for improved Google. A Stark For Sale Sign will also be installed in your front yard to grab the attention of the drive by traffic. Our network of Realtors is connected to a network of buyers. Realtors will call the Stark Showing Line to set up showings on your home. The showing line will then call you to confirm those showings.
After the buyer sees your home and falls in love with it, they will then submit an offer and we’ll work through the negotiation process, inspection, contingencies and closing together.
